Donation Pickup by City

Featured cities have a nonprofit partner that handles pickups there; each page covers what they take and the neighborhoods they serve. In the cities below them, we send your request to every nonprofit in the network within 15 miles of you. Our network reaches well beyond this list, with free pickup partners in most of the country, so enter your zip code on any page and the form checks your address. A pickup isn’t guaranteed; each partner decides based on what you’re donating and where its truck is going.

More cities we serve

In these cities we don’t have one featured partner. Your request goes to every nonprofit in our network within 15 miles of your address, first come, first served, and you can add Priority Pickup on the same form for a quoted fee.

If you're donating

Enter your zip code anyway. Our free pickup partners cover most of the country, not only the cities listed here, though a pickup isn’t guaranteed. Where no nonprofit can come, Priority Pickup pairs you with a local hauler who quotes a fee before you book.

If you run a nonprofit

Thrift stores and ministries with a truck can join the network and receive requests from donors in their area. Want your favorite organization added? Tell us who they are.

Frequently asked questions

We don’t pick up donations ourselves. Your request goes to the exclusive pickup provider partnered with us in your area or, where there isn’t one, to the nonprofits in your area that run a pickup service. Each one decides whether it can take your items.

The partner contacts you. A nonprofit that can take your items reaches out, usually within about 48 hours, to set a time. If you don’t hear from anyone, Priority Pickup is available in most areas and quotes a fee before you book.

It is free when a nonprofit partner accepts your items. Items no nonprofit can take can go through Priority Pickup, a paid service with the price quoted before you book.
