Fill out the quick form describing the items you’d like to donate, answer a few questions about the condition that they are in, and provide your contact information.Â
The last step is to request three pickup times that work for you. Note that this does not guarantee a pickup, but helps the nonprofit understand when you have availability.
That’s it! Once you submit the form, we will send the request to eligible nonprofits in your area and they will reach out within 48 hours if they would like to pick up your donation!

Pickupmydonation.com partners with thousands of nonprofits across the United States, however there are still some areas in which we might not have a partner who offers free donation pickups. We’ve partnered with local hauling companies who will service these areas for a small fee. We’re constantly adding new free pickup providers. If you don’t receive a free pickup this time, be sure to check back next time you’re cleaning out your home!

Since our beginnings in 2012, our commitment has been unwavering: rescue as many items as possible from ending up in landfills. Our ability to serve our donors promptly hinges on the invaluable collaboration with our nonprofit partners.
Spanning thousands of organizations, our donation pickup network is robust and ever-growing. Once you request a pickup, we promptly alert our network partners in your vicinity. They will assess the request and, if possible, one of the organizations will contact you to finalize the pickup details.
To enhance the likelihood of your items being picked up in a timely manner, we may share your request with several partners. And if you require a donation receipt, just mention it when our partners get in touch to arrange the pickup time.
While our network is extensive, we’re always on the lookout to expand our reach. In certain areas, we might not have a partner available to pick up your donation at no cost. In such scenarios, we turn to our Priority Partners. For a nominal fee, they ensure your items, if in suitable condition, are delivered to a nonprofit.
